Affiliate Manager

The Affiliate Manager tool provides you with a central repository of information and data on each of your personally sponsored affiliates. Just click an affiliate's name in your SFI Genealogy Report to access the Affiliate Snapshot. You'll find the Affiliate Manager within the snapshots for your team members. For your sponsored and co-sponsored affiliates, the Affiliate Manager provides a handy checklist of supportive suggestions for you. The Affiliate Manager also contains signup dates/times, key codes, ranks, VersaPoint totals, the most recent login dates, goal information, performance statistics, and more. Available to all SFI Affiliates.

Genealogy

One of your most powerful resources in SFI. Use your Genealogy to manage your growing organization, send individual and group messages to your entire organization (or any segment), monitor sales activity, award gift certificates, reassign sponsors, and more. Gift Certificate Manager

A great way to build your business, Gift Certificates are wonderful tools for Team Leaders who want to entice customers to try TripleClicks.com and encourage their team members to take action, upgrade, sponsor affiliates, and more (click HERE for details). Using the Gift Certificate Manager is simple too. Just set up and fund a Gift Certificate Account and add the funds you want to set aside for your gift certificate offers. SFI notifies the customer or affiliate that he or she has a gift certificate and automatically deducts the amount from your special account when it's redeemed. EASY! Available to Executive Affiliates.

Bid and Build

The Bid & Build program is an easy and free bonus tool that allows you to build your team of PSAs while simply bidding at Pricebenders. Just choose an auction you’d like to win from the Pricebenders schedule HERE and start bidding.

Contests

People love to participate in fun contests, and through your Leadership Page, you can set up all kinds of contests for your team to motivate them and provide specific, actionable goals. You set the specifications for each of your contests, including starting and ending dates, who is eligible to enter, qualifications to win, winning restrictions, and, of course, the prizes. Create contests using the Rewards/Incentives tab on your Leadership Page.

Designated Diamond

The Designated Diamonds (DD) program is directly aligned with THE PLAN (https://www.sfimg.com/the_plan)--and facilitates your advancement all the way to Diamond Team Leader...but its first big benefit is that it can greatly help you generate and maintain EA2s.

Start the ball rolling by issuing DD invitations to your best PSAs. Each one accepting your invitation will be committed to being a minimum of EA every month! What's even more exciting is that they will be on the path to BTL, then STL, then GTL, PTL, and DTL. And as they advance up the ranks, they'll be helping YOU become a DTL.

Milestone Shares

For every 10 personal VP your affiliates earn, they bank up to 18 bonus shares of the TripleClicks Executive Pool--paid to them upon reaching each of the five Team Leader ranks. This major bonus incentivizes all of your affiliates to earn the maximum amount of VersaPoints each month while striving for the highest possible rank. This, of course, helps you grow your team each month!

PSA Reassignments

Communication

PSA Mailer

Just go to the PSA Mailer Web page, enter your message and hit submit to send a message to all of your PSAs (personally sponsored affiliates). Provided you haven't already earned it for the week, you'll also earn 10 VersaPoints! Available to all SFI Affiliates.

CSA Mailer

On the CSA Mailer page, type in your message and click submit to send a message to all of your CSAs (co-sponsored affiliates). Provided you haven't already earned it for the week, you'll also earn 10 VersaPoints!  Available to all SFI Affiliates.

Group Messaging

If you need to do more selective mailings or expand beyond just PSAs or CSAs, you can use the group messaging tool in your Genealogy. The group messaging tool allows you to use the various Genealogy filters to select specific segments of your organization for highly targeted messages. You can also use group messaging to send general messages to every single person in your Genealogy. Available to Executive Affiliates.

Icebreakers

Engage new PSAs when they join your SFI team by initiating an "Icebreaker"...which present your new PSAs with a window appearing on top of their Affiliate Center screens containing a concise, friendly, and non-intimidating message from you, their sponsor. Impossible to miss, your Icebreaker cannot be dismissed without responding. You can initiate an Icebreaker at your  Genealogy. Select the “Online Now” Quickfilter and click the green handshake icon by one of your PSA's name. Available to all SFI Affiliates.

SFI Instant Messenger (SFIM)

Using SFI is simple and easy, and it's always available; just click the bubble icon in the top right corner of the Affiliate Center to open. A great way to get started is to initiate a chat with one of the persons on your included Favorites or a2a Friends list. 

TeamMail

SFI's affiliate message system that lets you sends messages to your team members via SFI's servers. You can send a message via TeamMail by clicking the envelope icon next to an affiliate's name in the Genealogy.  Your messages will appear in the affiliate's SFI INBOX.  Message will also be delivered to their registered email account (when applicable).

Private Team Forums

As a Team Leader, you can invite your team members to discuss advertising sources, strategies, game plans, contests, marketing ideas, your team co-ops, and more.  No longer do you have to rely on other unwieldy and/or unfriendly methods to brainstorm and interact with your group.  Just create a thread, let your team know the URL, and put the power of a full-featured SFI private forum to work for you!
